What is Your Dental Mindset is it Working for You?

What is your dental mindset? Are you on the right track? Your dental mindset shapes who you are and how you run your dental practice. As dental coaches, we realize that occasionally we can lose track of our dental mindset.

What are you thinking about? How do you view yourself as a dentist? How would you define yourself? Don’t let someone else define you. It is up to you to define your own dental mindset and the dental mindset of your professional and personal life.

We made a big effort to obtain admission to dental school and then to graduate. Once graduated, you are the person, the only person who can define who you are and who you want to become. What is your present dental mindset?

You can float through thirty years of practice and be nearly invisible. You will still make a decent living by grinding it out day by day, week after week, month after month and year after year, but is it fulfilling? Are you sticking to your dental mindset? In many of these cases, dentistry runs you and there is little life leftover.

What if you could really develop that dental mindset into something that takes dentistry from the grind to the glorious? You could have more time away to relax and rejuvenate. You could be producing more in fewer days. You could bring the glory back into your dental life with more choices.

It is about mindset and how you think about yourself. Do you deserve to be a successful dentist producing solid and fascinating dentistry three days a week with seven or ten weeks of time away to relax and recoup your energy?

Is it possible to net in four figures? For many dentists, the money is rewarding but what really is rewarding is a better balance of time between family, self and dentistry. Most dentists think balance is more important than a big net. It is possible to have both. What is your dental mindset presently?

Yes, there are solo dentists working about 120 days a year who are netting $500K to over $1M. These are not ten hour days but rather very well scheduled days which are much less taxing then the ‘run and gun’ of many patients and not completing much treatment.

A dental mindset allows you to see yourself in a positive and flourishing situation. If you feel you deserve to be rewarded with more days away from the office, Blatchford Solutions can help you. At the same time, you can collect the same or much more, whatever fits your goals for your life. Blatchford Solutions can help you.

This is a chance to observe your present mindset of possible complacency, frustration at dentistry not being an easier business or loss of direction. Dentistry is a great profession and everyone needs coaching at different times in their lives.

Blatchford Solutions is about improving your mindset and what you believe is possible for your life. It is time to reward yourself and your family for your talents and efforts. So ask yourself, what is your dental mindset?
