As a professional consultant/coach for Blatchford Solutions since 2001, she has an established record working with numerous dentists and their teams on how to build and maintain exceptional practices. She is best known for utilizing her excellent listening skills, customer service/sales skills and to help support positive change and continual improvement. Nanci resides in a western suburb of Chicago with her husband and Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier.
