Scheduling Vacations 12 Months in Advance

Vacations are vital to maintaining your effectiveness as a dentist.

But too many people think about vacations in the wrong way.

They think of a vacation as a reward for hard work instead of seeing them as a preparation for being more effective.

What you do on a daily basis is physically, emotionally, and mentally draining. That’s why you need to spend time recharging and reenergizing.

We recommend that you take  a week off every 6 to 8 weeks.

But to do that takes some forethought and preparation…

You need to make sure your office and finances are in order.

You need to make sure your team is prepared and they are able to take abundant vacations.

In this episode we will dive into a few more important points you need to consider when planning for vacations.
